Rider Agreement

1.1 You (the rider) are the sole renter and are solely responsible for compliance with all terms and conditions. If you activate an eScooter, it must only be used by you.

1.2 To use our service, you must be over the age of 16 and have a valid driver’s license. (learner / provisional licenses accepted).

1.3 You must be a competent vehicle operator. You must be comfortable and familiar with the operation of the eScooter and you must be reasonably competent and physically fit.

1.4 You assume all responsibilities and risks for any injuries caused by using our service.

1.5 You are responsible for determining whether weather conditions are suitable to use our service.

1.6 You must not deface, vandalise, dismantle or otherwise modify the vehicle or attached components

1.7 You must agree to only use the eScooter during the operating hours. The operating hours of our service is from 5 am to 11.30pm.

1.8 You must follow all of our policies regarding riding, parking and charging. You must also follow the local rules of the road.

1.9 You must agree to be the sole rider of the eScooter. Zipp Mobility eScooters are designed to carry one person only.

1.10 You must park the scooter according to the local guidelines set out in the app.

1.11 You must not operate an eScooter under the influence of any drugs (medication included) or alcohol that may impair your riding ability.

1.12 You must report any crash or damage to the eScooter you cause or witness.
